Lost In the Bush.

When reading "Lost In the Bush" i often felt lost. I did not understand the relationship between the narrator and Rusty. In the beginning he talks about meeting Rusty at the Outback Steakhouse, but throughout the whole story Rusty calls the narrator "Cousin".
My favorite part of the whole story deal with the narrators logic about McDonald's and child molesters.
Premise 1. McDonald's serves all their customers proudly.
Premise 2. Child molesters are customers at McDonald's.
Conclusion: Therefore McDonald's proudly serves child molesters.
