Nautical Nonsense.

I wish i knew were the tile came from. There's nothing about boats, the oceans, or lakes. The only thing that comes close is Sponge Bob, and he's only mention once in this story. I didn't understand the relationship between the Wal-Mart Cashier and the Customer. At first I thought the Customer was some crazy jerk that got off on shocking other people by what he said. Its not until the very end do you understand the two characters and there relationship.
